and its practical implications.

(Alpina Business Books, 2008) of the book on "Responsible
Leadership" (Routledge, 2006) has been launched in
Moscow during the first International Roundtable on "Responsible
Leadership" hosted by the global CEO of PricewaterhouseCoopers

Dr. Thomas Maak received the Max-Weber-Award 2008
from the "Institut
der Deutschen Wirtschaft", Cologne for the comprehensive
handbook on "Integre
Unternehmensführung" ('Responsible Corporate Management';
with P. Ulrich). The award was presented in a ceremony in the
Berlin-Brandenburg Academy of Sciences in the presence of German
President Horst Köhler. (see photo below)
